Happy New Years Sports Fans!

Sitting home sick on New Years Eve Night was no sweat! First off, I am hooked every year with the ESPN Red Bull New Years special every year at 11pm on ESPN. Travis Pastrana would shatter the World Record Rally Car Jump record by jumping 269 feet! Move over Robbie Knieval, the new dare devil is Travis Pastrana!

My Trailer Park was jumping on the outside. I could hear fireworks going off outside, as some of the locals thought it was the 4th of July lol! As I sat there in my Trailer Home, people were screaming Happy New Year outside!

The Ravens...its DO or Die Sunday in Oakland! Baltimore, never fear, we WILL win this game! If we can go the playoffs and avoid refs who hates us, we could be a legit Super Bowl Contender!

Getting ready to cover a ACW Wrestling event in Maryland on Jan.24th. Cant wait to see some people get smacked down. It will be a change of scenery for me...which is good! Getting excited for the Baltimore Mariners arena football team to start play at the 1st Mariner Arena in a few months also! This is there season to bring that Championship home to Baltimore!

Joe Moko: His Life is Sinking Like the Titanic!!

Joe Moko was on the path to greatness! After being named East Coast HotDog Eating Amateur Champion, the sky was the limit, for this 400 pound eating sensation. While he was only weeks away from his 40th Birthday...something snapped! He became depressed, and thought less of himself, because he was a 40 year old French Fry Cook at Burger King, and living in his parents basement.

Moko who didnt have proper funds to travel to New York for Nathans qualifiers, went bezerk! He would go to Burger King, and would be caught taking a nap, while he was on the time clock, leading to his termination, after 15 years of Burger King employement.

This would lead him to the idea of going to West Virginia to try his luck at a illegal Bare Knuckle Fighting Circuit. He would rack up a poor record of 1-4, being KO'd 4 times in a row, the money offers to fight...stopped!

Then just weeks ago, he was dressed as Santa in a old rundown Shopping Center, when he would be knocked out by a angry parent, after being rude to a 5 year old boy, who accidently farted on his lap. And the Moko story...does NOT end there!

Now the 400 pounder has suggested, he wants to swim with the dolphins...for ever! While his friends have told me, they are afraid to have him commited to a Mental Facility, they know the Big Man, cant doggy paddle or float to long in a Ocean searching for Dolphins.

"I am leaving Land, I have a Blow-Up Coleman Boat, it will be be my new house soon" says the wild Joe Moko. When I asked him "what will happen if the boat gets a whole in it, or it sinks" Moko replied " I am a bigman with a lot of air in my gutt". Joe Moko says he just wishes me, and everyone else would leave him alone!

" I am grown man, I can make my own decisions now!" said a angry Moko. Stay tuned!!

ACW Wrestling Coming to Maryland on Jan.24th

We thought who better to explain the upcoming ACW Wrestling event in Maryland….than the Great One…”The Player” Christopher Adonis! Wrestling fans are buzzing about this upcoming wrestling event. So without further due, here is the Great One…”The Player” Christopher Adonis interview….pay attention…or you may get Smacked Down!

Baltimore Sports Review: You are Promoting the upcoming ACW Wrestling event in Maryland on January 24th. Can you give the readers some info on the event?

The Player: Sure, it is a Sunday afternoon show, and it will be packed with great wrestling action. Doors open at 2:00, and We will have an Adrenaline rush TV taping for the preshow starting at 2:20. The regular show starts at 3:00, and should end around 6:00. The show is at the Boys and Girls Club in Annapolis, located at 121 Southvilla Ave. We dontate 100 tickets to the kids that go to the club, so that can enjoy a nice family wrestling show and not have to worry about getting money for a ticket. This is only our third show, and we are just getting better as we go!

Baltimore Sports Review: On your facebook page, I thought I seen a pic of you holding the Championship Belt. Are you the ACW Champ and if so, who will be your victim(who is the unlucky person who will have to fight you on January 24th)?

The Player: No I am not the ACW heavyweight champion. That honor goes to Pro Westling legend “The Franchise” Shane Douglas. As far as my opponent goes? Some punk who hides behind a mask named Deathstroke. Rumor has it, we have a past somehow. But the guy is a chicken who hides under a mask, so how the hell am I supposed to know who he is? The fans like this guy, but I don’t care who they like when it comes to beating someone up. On January 24th, for Deathstroke, PLAYTIME IS OVER!!

Baltimore Sports Review: There is going to be a ladies Wrestling Match, alot of guys love watching the woman wrestle, including me! Can you tell us about this matchup?|

The Player: Who loves the ladies more than me? And who does the Ladies love? ME! Oh yea, you want to know about this match eh? Well in November I made a match for the first ever woman’s champion in Maryland. That match was won by Roxie Cotton. Now we need to see who is going to face her for that new shiny title. So I went out and got two of the hardest hitting, best female wrestlers I could find….Kacee Carlisle, and Sara Del Ray.

Baltimore Sports Review: What will the Main Event be?

The Player: The main event will be local fan favorite “Soda Pop” Ronnie Zukko with his main squeeze Candie taking on the ACW World Heavyweight Champion “The Franchise” Shane Douglas.accompaning Douglas will be his new protoge’Tyler Hilton. Zukko just made his return to the ring recently and is already fighting for championships. But, I think this Fonze wanna be, will have his hands full when he faces Shane Douglas one on one.

Baltimore Sports Review: Why should Wrestling fans in Maryland come to this event on January 24th?

The Player: Because we are bringing something different to the table. Our shows have a little something for everyone. We have Marylands only Woman’s division, we have a great Tag Team Division that is going to get better on the 24th! We have stars from all around the indy scence that you can only see at ACW!
